As a Associate Director based in Singapore, Xia provides full support to the Equiteq APAC's client on the execution of M&A transactions.

Value to clients

With 5 years’ experience in corporate finance advisory and a proven track-record in cross-border M&A deal execution, Xia brings her expertise in business presentation & valuation, process management, as well as her deep knowledge of the Chinese market.

Experience

Prior to joining Equiteq, she has worked in Paris and in Shanghai, for Credit Agricole, BPCE Group (French banking groups) and a M&A boutique firm specializing in Sino-European deals, providing strategic advice and execution services to entrepreneurs and top management of medium-sized and large corporations in various sectors.

Xia graduated from Pantheon-Sorbonne University and holds a Masters’ degree in Corporate Finance.
