Experience
Before joining Equiteq, Karan was part of the investment banking team at Ernst & Young in both India and Singapore. With over a decade of experience, he has led cross-border and domestic deals across the Industrials, Automotive, Consumer, and Technology sectors. His deal experience includes share sales, business transfers, asset sales, mergers, and joint ventures.
Alongside execution, Karan has built strong origination capabilities, working closely with entrepreneurs, corporates, and financial sponsors across a wide range of mandates.
He holds an Executive MBA from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor of Management Studies from the University of Mumbai.
