With 10+ years of M&A advisory and execution experience across founder- and sponsor-owned businesses, as well as multi-national public entities, Greg is a seasoned technology investment banker who enables key stakeholders in achieving their strategic objectives. Prior to joining Equiteq, Greg was most recently a senior banker within Canaccord Genuity's tech services investment banking group in New York and Charlotte. He began his career at Alvarez & Marsal in New York.
Greg graduated with an MBA from The College of William & Mary and holds dual degrees in both Finance and Economics from Old Dominion University.
