Ellie leads global people and talent initiatives at Equiteq, working to attract, nurture, and empower top talent within a dynamic and supportive environment. She oversees recruitment, internship and graduate programmes, employee development, and HR operations—ensuring seamless support for teams across the organisation.

Experience

Ellie joined Equiteq in 2023 from a venture-backed executive search and talent advisory firm, where she served as People & Operations Manager. In that role, she supported business growth by working across multiple functions—including marketing, finance, HR, talent acquisition, and general operations—while implementing internal procedures to enhance efficiency.

She began her career at a global life sciences consulting firm as a Recruitment Coordinator, specialising in graduate recruitment and onboarding.

Ellie holds an MA in International Relations from the University of St Andrews, graduating in 2020.
