Ellie joined Equiteq in 2023 from a venture-backed, executive search and talent advisory business, where she was the People & Operations Manager. Ellie worked across the marketing, finance, HR, talent acquisition & more general operations functions, supporting the business’s growth and implementing operational procedures internally.
Ellie began her career at a global life sciences consulting firm as their Recruitment Coordinator, specialising in graduate recruitment and onboarding.
Ellie graduated from the University of St Andrews in 2020 with an MA in International Relations.
