Cameron is a Managing Director based in Los Angeles who originates and executes full lifecycle M&A transactions for Technology Services firms.

Experience

Prior to joining Equiteq, Cameron led the Technology Services efforts at Solganick & Co., a boutique M&A advisory firm in Los Angeles, CA. Cameron has completed deals with some of the leading strategic acquirers such as Accenture, Atos and Wipfli in addition to industry leading Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies.

Cameron spent the earlier years of his career at Brook Venture Partners in Boston, a lower middle market Private Equity firm focused on Technology Services and Software buyouts. Here Cameron learned to appreciate the Private Equity model and uses this experience in his advisory methodology.

Cameron received a Masters Degree (ALM) in Finance from Harvard University and a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder
