PLAN & PREPARE

We start by creating a bespoke process to optimize value and deliverability. Details of the unit to be divested are identified, including relevant IP, pro-forma financials for the carve-out, and any transitional services required. We also utilize our extensive experience in preparing business plans and due diligence for sector firms to provide a solid basis for the buyer’s investment case.
