Based in London, Jerome will lead on investment banking project delivery, as well as actively engage with the community of entrepreneurs and private equity transacting in the technology and services economy. Jerome has extensive experience in completing transactions with cross-border entrepreneurs, growth equity funds, as well as major strategic acquirers in various technology & services sub-sectors including digital services, ICT, outsourcing, software services, tech-enabled services, data analytics and infrastructure services. Jerome joined Equiteq from Avendus Capital’s investment banking business in Europe, a technology & outsourcing focussed M&A advisory practice, where he was a member of the European founding team and board of Directors. Prior to that, Jerome had roles with Deloitte M&A Advisory as well as with J.P. Morgan Investment Banking.
