Jeremy Azzarita in Paris has been promoted to Vice President. Jeremy joined in early 2019 and has been central to our technology services transacting and knowledge sharing in Europe. He has worked on landmark deals including our advised sell-sides of sa.global to Kartesia as well as the sale of Pexlify to Dentsu.
Chi Hao Tey in Singapore has been promoted to Vice President. Chi Hao came from KPMG and joined Equiteq in July 2021. Chi Hao has shown excellent skills in dealing with clients across the full transaction cycle, from accurate deal documentation to due diligence management, and investor negotiation. He will be a key player in continuing to grow our APAC practice.
Kareem Shabsogh in New York has been promoted to Associate. Joining the team in 2022 from EY’s Strategy & Transactions Group, Kareem has been a key player supporting deal execution on several important transactions.
Christopher Saunderson in New York has been promoted to Associate. Chris has been instrumental in driving several transactions to successful completion since joining Equiteq and is highly respected by clients and colleagues.
Tibère Simonnet in Singapore has been promoted to Senior Analyst. Tibere has shown excellence in supporting the leadership team across several milestone transactions at different stages of the process.
