As a result of the significant demand for buy-side origination services, Equiteq has decided to spin off its Buy-side Strategic Origination practice into a new company to be called Artemis Origination. It will be led by Paul Dondos, previously Managing Director of Global Buyside, Strategic Origination and Market Intelligence at Equiteq.

The restructuring came into effect on 2 May, 2022.
