Equiteq is pleased to announce it has advised international consulting group Talan on its acquisition of professional services firm Gemserv.
Talan has been advising companies and administrations for 20 years, supporting them and implementing their transformation and innovation projects internationally.
Established in 2002, Gemserv provides a range of consultancy and outsourcing capabilities across multiple sectors including energy, low carbon, health, and the public sector. This transaction marks Gemserv’s journey to become the point of reference for expertise in the energy and digital transition.
The newly established partnership will take advantage of the clear synergies between the two companies to accelerate combined growth in the areas of the clean energy transition, cyber security, and wider innovation and transformation through technology. The acquisition will provide Gemserv with greater scale and an increasing range of capabilities to support client needs. Talan will double the size of its current UK operations, complementing the existing business.
