Equiteq, a consulting sector M&A specialist, is pleased to announce the sale of Decision Strategies International (DSI) to Heidrick & Struggles (NASD: HSII). Equiteq acted as exclusive financial advisor to DSI, a Philadelphia-based strategy and leadership advisory firm.
Founded in 1990 by Paul J. H. Schoemaker, DSI has advised some of the world’s best-known organizations, specializing in strategic planning and decision making in uncertain operating environments, leadership development, and talent strategy.
