Equiteq has supported TSA Riley, a portfolio company of Quadrant Private Equity, on the acquisition of RGB Assurance, an Australian consultancy providing engineering, systems assurance, and technical services to clients operating high-integrity, safety critical systems.
TSA Riley is a global, independent project consultancy who are approaching 1000 staff across Australia, New Zealand, South-East Asia and the UK. They have a 130-year history, providing services across the entire project lifecycle including Advisory, Asset Management, Cost Management, Project Management, and ESG services.
RGB Assurance was founded in 2010 and has a strong track record on major Australian infrastructure projects, with clients including state governments, Queensland Rail, Rio Tinto, Aurizon, Boeing, and BHP. More than 30 people will join TSA Riley across Brisbane and Perth. RGB represents a meaningful expansion of TSA Riley’s footprint in these markets, offering significant technical expertise to TSA Riley’s clients in rail and adjacent sectors.
