Equiteq advises Prokura on its sale to Kearney

Equiteq is pleased to announce that it has advised Danish consulting and supply chain specialist Prokura on its sale to global management consulting firm Kearney.

Prokura is a Danish consulting firm specializing in procurement and supply chain solutions. Prokura was founded in 2008 and has since evolved into a renowned strategy and implementation partner, currently employing 60 procurement and supply chain specialists, which has built a reputation, primarily among Nordic clients, by following procurement and supply chain processes all the way through. Prokura has offices in Copenhagen, Oslo and Munich and has had annual, average growth rates of more than 25 percent as well as a customer base covering more than 200 of the largest companies in the Nordic region.

Kearney, a global full-service consulting firm with more than 4,000 employees, are expanding their already strong global procurement capabilities with the acquisition of Prokura, gains a central position in the Nordics as procurement and supply chain specialists delivering a full range of services from strategy to implementation.

In combination with Kearney’s network of more than 650 procurement and supply chain experts, efficient Centers of Excellence in the same field, and a suite of analytical tools, Prokura will have a solid foundation for European expansion. Also, the synergies will increase Prokura’s relevance for clients with assets spread across several countries. The acquisition date is December 1, 2021 and Prokura will continue as a separate brand and business entity under the global consulting firm Kearney.

Equiteq acted as exclusive financial advisor to Prokura.
