EQUITEQ ADVISES LIVINGBRIDGE ON ITS FIRST AUSTRALIAN INVESTMENT IN THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY TSA MANAGEMENT

Equiteq, the consulting sector M&A specialist, is pleased to announce its client Livingbridge, an independent private equity investor, has invested in the Australian infrastructure and property project management consulting firm, TSA Management. Equiteq Australia acted as exclusive buy-side M&A adviser. The transaction closed on 1st December 2017.

Livingbridge, a mid-market private equity firm have invested in fast-growing companies for over twenty years. Having worked with Equiteq previously on investments such as clinical consulting firm, Four Eyes Insight, and IT services firm, The Test People, this is Livingbridge’s first investment in Australia. Established in 2001, TSA Management is a leading Australian based project management consulting firm, servicing private and public clients in the infrastructure and property sectors. It employs over 150 skilled staff across East-Coast Australia with a presence in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Newcastle and Canberra. Highlighting TSA’s attraction to Livingbridge, Gareth Young, Managing Director, Livingbridge Australia said "TSA has built a talented workforce, specialist experience and long-standing client relationships across a diversity of infrastructure and property markets.
