EQUITEQ ADVISES COPPERMAN CONSULTING, A UK SAP BPC SPECIALIST, ON ITS SALE OF A MAJORITY STAKE TO DECISION INC.

Equiteq, the leading M&A advisory firm for companies in the knowledge economy, is pleased to announce that it has advised Copperman Consulting, the largest SAP BPC consultancy in Europe, on the sale of a majority stake to Decision Inc. The transaction closed on October 16, 2018.

A SAP Gold partner, Copperman specializes in SAP BPC design, implementation, and support, primarily for UK FTSE 100 companies and several other FTSE 250 companies. Decision Inc. is a global data, digital and performance intelligence business, headquartered in South Africa. The transaction is part of the company’s global expansion strategy, using Copperman’s strong foundation to establish a foothold in the UK and European markets. Nicholas Bell, CEO of Decision Inc. said, “Our strategy is centred on being a global leader in information-driven transformation. We knew to realize this, we needed a global scale and capability. We also wanted to provide clients with the knowledge and insights gained from different global experiences.
