Equiteq served as exclusive financial advisor to Analysis Prime, an SAP Gold Partner and the global leader in SAP planning and analytics, on its sale to CENIT Group, an international IT consulting and software company. Analysis Prime will operate as an independent legal entity within the CENIT Group.
